THE GRAND MAKES A BIG WAVE FOR THE OVER 50’s THIS FRIDAY WITH SILVER SURFERS’ DAY 2010

Ride on the crest of a wave this Friday as the Grand Theatre, Blackpool will be offering a fantastic deal for its Silver Surfer patrons. To celebrate Silver Surfers’ Day 2010 the Grand Theatre, Blackpool is offering £5 off opening night tickets to the over 50’s on a large selection of its shows this Friday. Forget waxing your surfboard, get out that keyboard and grab a bargain!

Silver Surfers’ Day is a national day set aside to focus on helping the over 50s to have a taste of what the Internet offers. Friday 21st May will also see the Grand Theatre launch a new dedicated website www.SilverSurferDay.co.uk, where for just 24 hours on Friday the over 50s will be able to get £5 off opening night tickets on the following shows:

Disney’s multi-award winning musical… Beauty and the Beast. Seen by over 25 million people, Beauty and the Beast brings to life the beloved ‘tale as old as time’ with a burst of theatrical magic. Performed by The Blackpool & Fylde Light Opera Company. Opening night Tuesday 25 May. Click to book

Don’t forget - Parking is available at a discounted rate at the secure West Street Car Park, directly opposite the theatre’s entrance. Book your parking ticket when you book your show tickets from the Box Office and you can have parking from 5.30pm until 12.30am for only £2.50!
