We are bringing back the laughter with the glamorous killer comedy sequel Death Drop: Back in The Habit with a fierce all-drag cast including the illustrious Cheryl Hole; sweep up tickets for a unique and audacious retelling of Jane Austen’s iconic love story Pride and Prejudice (*sort of) featuring a string of pop classics, and Northern Broadsides’ delicious revival of JM Barrie’s delectable farce Quality Street is not to be missed. The traditional English festive tune the 12 Days of Christmas dates back to the 1700s, with some historians believing it to have French origins. The seasonal singalong favourite begins on Christmas Day and ends on 6 January – the day before Epiphany, with each day representing a new gift, starting with the famous partridge in a pear tree and ending with twelve drummers drumming. The popular carol is also a cumulative song – which means that each verse is built on top of the previous verses.
