Volunteers work primarily to offer excellent customer service to Grand Theatre customers.
Volunteers act as guides to our customers, supporting the Front of House team, helping customers find their seats, and being point of sales assistants and fire marshals for the venue’s various spaces.
Our Volunteer’s work involves selling programmes and merchandise, helping with operational duties and fundraising activities as required by the Front of House management team.
Volunteers can choose when to work and what fits with their day-to-day activities, matinees or evenings, mid-week or weekends.
